The battery life of e-Safety depends on the use of the smart cushion. As a rule, the battery lasts for at least 4 years if used daily for 2 hours.

The Maxi-Cosi e-Safety app can be downloaded from the Apple Store or Google Play (Android 5.0, iOS 10.0 or later).

How much does it cost to send an alert?

Alert notification is free of charge.

Only mobile phone numbers (no landline numbers) should be used to register an emergency contact in the e-Safety app. Please do not register national emergency numbers, such as the police number.
